Roaches in the summer time, the staff is friendly until you sign a lease After that if you need repairs done they take weeks at a time, then for their invasive maintenance checks they fight you to reschedule, then at move-out they screw you on every dime and penny they can legally There's nicer places out there with much more friendly staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

After approval from our District Office, Application Fees as well as the Holding Deposit was refunded back to Applicants credit card.
