Tuscany Restorations came out to Replace the owners roof The first complaint was there was Mexicans installing his roof The nd complaint was the bundles of shingles carried on the roof made to much noise He claims we cracked his ceiling from the vibration We hired a painter to come out to
fix cracks in the living room which appeared to be very old Next he walked into the kitchen to find more old cracks on a home over years old The painter we hired stated the crackes were previous existing We fixed the cracks anyway The roof is sq We started at am with a man crew and we finished by pm which is for a small one layer roof He continues to call and complain for more free work outside of the roof We are willing to go out and look at his th complaint in regards to a leak If the leak is not related to the roof we are not giving the owner any more free work outside the roof I can also have the professional painter email you a statement on the interior work completed and the preexisting cracks from years ago which we paid anyway to repair We install over roofs a year never had a complaint or a homeowner who want continuous free work non roof related Please let us know the next step to get this resolved if this is a issue from our craftsmanship Thank You for your response *** ***
