This is in response to the above complaint.  I would like to say that I apologize for any rudeness the gentleman may have encountered when calling our facility.  We pride ourselves on customer service and do not tolerate rudeness.  In regards to the transmission that was purchased,...

all of our parts are used parts and given a 100 day parts & replacement warranty.  We do not cover any costs associated with labor when it comes to our sales.  When we talked to the gentleman he stated that he was going to take it to the dealer and have it tested and he would call us back.  We did offer to replace the transmission for him but refused to send it back.  He did state that he was out of his time and labor on this part, however, he was informed that we cover parts & replacement but no labor.  After telling us that he was going to take the transmission to be tested he never returned our call.  We only just heard anything when we received this complaint from you.  His part is still under warranty and we would be more than happy to replace the transmission for him or cover parts that need replaced in order to fix it, however, we do not cover labor.  If he would like to return the transmission without a replacement we will refund his money.  Thank you

I am writing in response to a dispute that was filed by [redacted] regarding a motor he purchased from us. [redacted] purchased this engine in April of 2017. He was given a 100 days parts replacement warranty on this engine. He waited until November of 2017 to call and tell us that the...

engine is bad. He stated that he had it to several different garages getting it tested but he should have called us upon first inspection and let us know the engine was bad. It was made very clear to [redacted] that he had a 100 days parts replacement warranty. As stated in his complaint he knew the warranty details and knew that his warranty had run out. If [redacted] had contacted us upon initial finding of a bad engine we would have honored our warranty, however, since he did not there is no warranty to honor. We also state that there is no labor warranty for any of our parts sold so therefore we would not have covered any of his labor even if he had been within the parts warranty time frame. We do not feel that we are in the wrong in this situation as we would have honored our warranty if [redacted] had made a timely attempt to contact us. At this point we cannot be sure that one of the many garages that handled the engine did not do something to damage it. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
