12/15 3:09 they are claiming that the noise wasn't going on before I bought the car. I kept having problems with the car. They told me they couldn't legally let me drive the car off the lot because the frame was about to break. Tuscola Ford offered to put me into another vehicle. I declined because I only had the car for 11 months and wasn't able to drive it because it was always in the shop. They had the car 2-3 times within the first month. The car went to the junkyard because it couldn't be on the road. I would like a partial refund. I bought another car.
12/18 We offered to trade her out of the car and she refused. The car was bought as is. She had the opportunity to get another vehicle. We are not at leisure to just give out refunds. This is a $2400 car that was $3000 with tax. We spent $1400 on working on the car in the first 9 months. She signed the as-is no warranty affidavit.
