Columbine was very patient with us in explaining the insurance and roofing process and answering all of our questions The roof was installed in a timely way and the company followed up quickly on several concerns we had after the installation was doneOur representative, was professional and courteous My only concern in the entire process was the financing end of thingsI asked for the information about financing several times throughout the roofing process and was told each time that we would discuss it later When the day finally came to work through the financing, the representative was rushed and the financing options were not clearly explained to me before the application process began over the phone When I got the financing papers (after he had left), I found that we ended up with a loan with terms that we did not agree with When we asked the finance company about changing the terms of the loan we were told that we would have to go through Columbine again to make any changes We are planning to pay it off early to avoid the immense amount of interest in the original terms of the loan, but it would have been nice to know our options more clearly before resolving this with Columbine Be sure to be very forthright in asking for more information in the meeting you have to set up financing
