I am rejecting this response because: Driveways are not covered under warranty from defects and I get that. My driveway was crushed by a machine like a "[redacted]" mini loader from careless incompetence from the company. The fireplace stone has some type of white overspray or residue from the painters/workers. My home has the same paint colors from when I moved in. I did not alter any walls, trim or mantel. The office door glass was scratched from what appears to be scraping the protective coating/paint overspray off with a razor blade after doors were painted. I brought all of these to Tuskes attention as soon as I noticed them.  Im sorry but you can't see EVERYTHING as the company rushes you through a 15 minute walk through when you about to make the biggest purchase of your life. None of these complaints fall under the category of warranty,  but simply carelessness/sloppy crafsmenship from workers and needs to be corrected. Attached are photos for your review.

The concrete issues that are mentioned are not covered in our warranty.  The sidewalk along the street was dedicated to the Township and inspected by their representatives.  The chip on the front porch was not present at time of closing.  This is what we had agreed to cosmetically...

repair, and I was under the impression that it was completed.  The rear concrete slab has a minor crack which is not structural issue.As for the roof, the shingles are 30yr architectural shingles per our specifications in the Agreement.  All of our work is inspected and our contractor has installed over 1000 roofs for us over the last few years.  Our warranty period is for 1 year, not 3+ years, so I can not offer assistance with any homeowner maintenance after this period.

Please see attached documents.  Scratches, stains, etc. are not warranted after pre-title walk thru and the home is occupied.  None of the items in this complaint were listed during pre-title walk thru.  Driveways are also not covered under warranty.  All of the forms that...

specify those items are attached for viewing.  All other warranty issues that were reported within 1 year, and are covered under the Builder's Warranty, have been complete.
