sans-serif;">We just received a letter from your office that we failed to respond to your letter in 14 days. This is correct since my staff forgot to respond to the Revdex.com but immediately contacted the customer and started working out the situation with the manufacturer etc. The customers name is [redacted] Case ID [redacted]. 
 
After contacting the manufacturer for input and doing research etc. we have a plan to correct their complaint and have an appointment to inspect the vehiclenext Monday. After we have inspected the vehicle we will come up with a way to make them happy.
 
The good news is we jumped on this problem right away with the customer but every one forgot to keep the Revdex.com in the loop!

Review: VPG MV-1 vehicle has been brought back to Tustin Buick GMC for tire wear. The front alignment is within specifications and the rear alignment is out of specifications with no adjustments to be made on the rear end. When aligning the front end the rear wheels are being used as reference. We have contacted Tustin Buick GMC and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us that by adding 20" wheels, that they did not design, that changed angles and that is what is creating the wear on the front tires. These wheels and tires were installed by Tustin Buick GMC at purchase. We were never informed that by installing 20" wheels would create this issue with the alignment. After researching the information provided by the manufacturer with other companies we were not able to find one business that agreed with there conclusion.Desired Settlement: We want this problem fixed or if they are not able to repair a replacement vehicle. This vehicle is purpose built for wheelchair access. It has 1780 miles. We contact Tustin Buick GMC when the tire wear was first noticed at approximately 1000 miles. They have not taken ownership of this problem.
