I purchased a beautiful Tutilo backpack and the first time I used it the zippers kept popping open. I was traveling and this made me very nervous. I was afraid I would lose something or someone could take something out of the pack. I just used it today and as I was in the shops people kept telling me my pack was unzipped. I’m very disappointed and would like to contact the company. Does anyone know how to contact them?

The inside pocket of the tote I bought today has half a snap but nothing to snap on it. Can anything be done? It's beautiful and the only one the store had. It's a gift so anything to snap on would be appreciated. Please text 440 897 0298

In 2016 november, I purchased an Ebag on Winners and only 2 months later, the handle is broken a first time and a second time this month.

Review: I purchased a travel bag from this company and the strap broke shortly after purchasing the product. I no longer had the receipt from the purchase so I e-mailed the company's customer service team (as there was no phone number to call online) with a picture on 9/*/15. I received a response quickly asking for more information and I provided this via e-mail on 9/*/15 as well. Since then, I have sent 4 requests for a follow up with only one response indicating that someone would get back with me shortly but I still have not heard back from anyone to date.Desired Settlement: Replacement bag or like bag if the one purchased is no longer available
