Review: I witness my daughter on the ground head DowN on the ground with a child kicking her in her back, several time & then took a soccer ball to the back of her head and slams it on her head. As I run out of my car to tell someone to get the boy off my daughter.. The teacher was in the corner fixing her nails . My daughter also had a cut on her buttock. I took my daughter out of the daycare. And now I receive a letter saying I owe them 800$ since my daughter hasent been there. I explained to them I don't feel comfortable withy child getting attacked by other children & no one noticing & who knows how often this happens... They were very rude & I really don't think they should be in business if they care about money , more then the care & well being of these children.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit back

Review: I am for the first time receiving a letter from Tutor Time regarding my balance with the facility for my son Devin Overton. I received an initial bill in Oct 2012 and nothing thereafter until today. I began making payments on this account every month. My last attempt to making a payment was Sept 2013 when I called in asking to make payment off the card they had on file ending in 3973. No payment was taken when it usually would take about 1 day to post to my account, there after I stopped attempting to make payments because I was not sure what was going on with my payments on Tutor times end. The month prior to Sept 2013 I also tried to make a payment that was not taken. I am highly upset being threatened about being reported to the IRS as a bad debt and trying to affect my credit. I know when a bill is owed you must pay but this is ridiculous. First off my son began attending Tutor time Mid May 2012 in which he only attending Every saturday (1day a week) Care for kids was paying them $200 roughly a month for that one day he attended there. Then the end of June he began attending there Part time 3days a week for their summer camp but before signing him up, I specifically asked how much it would cost for him to attend for those three days and I get Care 4kids. I was told it would cost an Average of $450 per month for him to attend and I asked how much care cost for my son before I signed him up due to how much I can afford a month or whatever care 4 kids have told me they will pay. I then signed my son up, put them on Care 4kids provider agreement form, received my certificate showing they would be paying Tutor time $400 roughly a month, I did not have a parent fee because I always pay attention to that so in total Care4kids was covering it all. My son attending that camp part time from the third week of June 2012-the second week of August 2012 part time on a 3day a week schedule. So with Care for kids paying them 400 for june, july, and August plus the amount of over 200 they received for May, the total amount received in payments was well over $1200 dollars and I did not have any parent fee at all to pay to them out of my pocket based on my certificate.Desired Settlement: I want to know how I owe them anything. I was later told by [redacted] it cost $865 per month for summer camp per child so you had a fee monthly and I said my Certificated showed no such parent fee and how does a summer camp for a child attending part time cost that much it doesnt add up and before I even agreed for him to go to their camp I asked how much it would cost and was told a different number of $450 per month. Its not my fault I was misinformed. I want to either have my bill reduced to $100 and make a monthly payment of $20 per month until its paid starting the end of January or the bill totally be credited and clear. I was misinformed on the price , he was not a full time child, he was part time 3days a week, and Care 4kids paid over 1200 I feel I do not owe. I think that price of $865 per month for a part time child is a bit ridiculous and if I was informed that initially when I asked about the cost, I would have never had my son attend there .
