I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with the statement written by Dr**Before receiving Dr**'s response to the complaint I did find her credentials onlineI still do not understand how a doctor can run an office like this is and be qualified, but they expire soon and hopefully they are not allowed to be renewedIn regards to the response written by Dr** first of all the day I went to the clinic there was no sign posted in regards to a malfunctioning machineIf this was the case, why when I asked the assistant for a receipt he had to go and notify the doctor I wanted a receipt and see what she said? Why would he have not known this sine he is the one that handles all the paperwork and front office procedures? Also if this was the case why would the other patients have asked for their receipts as well? Was I really the ONLY one that did not see this sign? Also being a business would you not at least go buy a receipt book (which you can purchase for a dollar at many dollar stores) to be able to provide your patients with a receipt instead of asking them to not be seen or to come back another day to get a receipt? Which in fact we were never told we could not be seen or that there was no receipts given that day until after the service was renderedIn regards to the next response from Dr** about patients never being denied the use of the restroom unless it is not feasible to the safety of the patients (i.ewhent he restroom floor is we from cleaning) this is not trueThe patient that asked to use the restroom asked numerous times over the period of aprox30-minAdequate time for a floor to dryInitially when the patient was told the floors were wet by the assitant she stated she would wait for them to dry as long as she could use itBy the last time of her asking to use the restroom the assistant was obviously running out of excuses and told the patient she could walk down the street to the grocery store because it was completey wet from top to bottom? This is not wet floors due to cleaning? This was just an excuse for the patient to not use the restroomThe next issue that was responded to was in regards to the parent being denied the option to accompany their children into the doctors roomThis doctor is blatantly lying and I wish I had the mothers informaton to contact her about thisI saw the doctor tell the mother no she could not go in the room with her two children because there is not enough roomThe mother was very bothered by it and expressed her concerns to me while we were both waiting in the waiting room. DrLe went on in her response to tell a story of me going back into the doctors office the next day to get my receipt and started yelling for them and cursing with children in the officeThis is a total lie. I am rejecting this response because: As indicated on the attachment, the Employment Physical is supposed to be $40.  I asked for the $40 Employment Physical and did not receive it. Also, her claim that I said I only had $20 is incorrect. As you can see from the second attachment, I had the $40 to pay, however, she stated the price was $65. As of 10/07/15 the site maintains that the price is $40. Services should be rendered for that amount.However, please note that this is not the first time some has complained about being overcharged at this facility. I have attached reviews from [redacted] on this facility in which she charged another woman extra for having pain or coming in on a Sunday. I want to assure I am getting my medical services at a fair price and this facility is unable or unwilling to abide by the laws.
