I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, as I stated I did enjoy the relaxation due to the facial and yes I did book anoth appt. but, as I also stated by the end of the night my face was inflamed...

and red and when I called Heather in the am she stated that if I had been allergic to any of her products it would have been an "almost instant reaction" IT WAS NOT! I also told her that my Doctor gave me a steroid shot to reduce the swelling. and if she looked into it further she would have seen that you DO NOT give steroids for an allergic reaction you give benadryl or and anti-allergen. Steroids are given to reduce the swelling. I was given TWO steroid shots because the swelling was so bad. I also told her that when I saw the doctore the second time he reiterated the fact that my skin WAS BURNED AND THAT IS ALSO THE REASON THAT MY FACE BECAME INFLAMED AGAIN BECAUSE THE BLEACH THAT WAS ON MY HANDS AGRIVATED MY BURNED SKIN AND THAT IT WAS LIKE AN OPEN SORE SO IT WOULD DO THAT FOR A WHILE!!!!!   Yes she was commpassionate, I agree but she also would not take any sort of responsibility for burning my skin. no matter how many years she has been in the business..IT DOESN'T MATTER!. My skin was burned,ACCORDING TO MY DOCTOR. and my Husband DID text her AND leave a voicmail message asking for his money back because of everything I had to go through because of this facial. We have the text to prove the first of two messages. Sometimes being in business for years and years doesn't make you perfect at what you do and when you do wrong to someone taking responsibility makes things a little bit better. NOW I will warn people about what you've done and let them decide for themselves wether to take a chance by going to you.

Review: Received a Gift Cert for a facial. Heather Porter performed the service. Although it was enjoyable while actually receiving the facial she burned my skin to the point that I needed medical treatment including steroid injections to reduce the swelling so that I could see and burn treatment from my doctor. When told about what she had done Heather proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her fault,that she "did not burn my skin" and that "she must have awakened something that I already had when I walked in the door" When my Husband nicely asked for his $65 back both in a text message and in a voicemail, just because of the pain and suffering I had endured because of her service she did not even call or respond in anyway..ever. This woman not only wouldn't take responsiblity for what she had obviuosly caused but she tried to blame it on me and ignored a request for her to at least attempt to make us somewhat happy...This woman has lousy cust srvc and should really retake any classes on providing these services.Desired Settlement: First we should be refunded the $65 my Husband paid for the gift certificate..two a strong warning for anyone looking into receving services from this person.
