My truck is at this location after being in an accidentThey have been talking to the other party's insurance as it was their insured's faultThey have not contacted me except when I callMy truck was supposed to be done yesterday but after I called,found out it would be today, called again and now it is tomorrowToday is Thursday and do to my schedule I will be unable to get my truck until MondayI suggest if you want honest information you take your vehicle somewhere else

I had a large amount of insurance work done here then left the car for some custom stuff and [redacted] the person I dealt with was nothing but a headache from the start. I asked for 2 quotes each to fix some things and one painting only what needed and staying original color then one for black paint. I got two quotes for original color one part of car one full car and he informed me would be up to $1000 more for what I wanted irritated me a bit but not so much until I got no feedback from [redacted] about my car and apparently he didn't inform his crew properly either as they originally left the 4.6 emblems that were to be shaved on the car and [redacted] apologized saying they could be removed with no affect to the paint but I could tell something was up and found out after they removed them that there were still holes in my fenders from stock ford emblems so now I have holes and paint imperfections were the emblems were. I talked to [redacted] about this this morning and still have not heard anything. they also broke the board piece in my rear seat delete kit they left a molding in the interior broken that happened in the crash and didn't fix a chip in windshield because I quote " it was a rear end collision we didn't even look there" first off I spun around more than once went over a curb and hit a tree my entire car should have been looked at! I will never go here again and will definitely tell anyone who asks that tuttle click collision will lie to you cut corners and leave holes in the fender with brand new paint!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
