Regarding complaint # [redacted] did have discussion with thecomplainant on Friday, 8-18-in which I stated that it appearedthat no metal shavings were in the engine of the Equinox and thatif any problems would happen that the engine would be covered.Human error can happen and if damage would occur, we would makethe proper repairs (such as replace engine if needed)It is our beliefthat no damage occurredIf the complainant is interested in trading theEquinox on another vehicle we would try to work with them,although the transaction may result in outcome different than thepresent deal.Sincerely,Philip *D [redacted]
