They haven't delivered my propane and they keep lying about when it will be delivered
On Friday 12/9/I paid Tuttle Gas of Houston MO $for propane, with check number *** from Landmark bank of Houston MOMy bank statement shows that they cashed the check on 12/22/My gauge on my propane tank was at 35% on 12/9/When I paid I was told that the propane would be delivered the next Tuesday, though she made it sound like Wednesday was the usual day for delivery to CaboolI had plans for Tuesday, but I changed my plans because I wanted to be there for the delivery, in the hopes that the man would come in and light my water heaterThey did not come on Tuesday or Wednesday so I called them on ThursdayShe said that they were behind because they were attending first to people who had totally run out of propane(I certainly think that now, well over a month since I paid, they should have long ago caught up all the irresponsible people who let themselves run out.)She also
