The problem we had with the company was not the fact that our autoclave didn't get fixed but our complaint was that it took an unreasonably long time to fix a virtually brand new autoclaveTuttenhauer was not professional or respectful in their dealings with usThey did not send everything that the tech needed to do a repair on site and only after weeks and a third party's involvement did they agree to take the machine in to their shop for repairWe will not be able to recommend a company that does not stand behind their own product or have any customer service skills

After an extensive evaluation, our technician found the autoclave needed to be calibrated. Once the calibration was updated, the machine was/is working fine. The autoclave arrived at Tuttnauer USA on Oct. [redacted] 2016 with minor shipping damage that we covered. The machine was promptly shipped back...

Review: Purchased an Auto clave machine with Dental Fix. Tuttnaurer is the company that makes the machine. Bought the autoclave for 5600.00 and was told it was a brand new machine and found out that is was actually a refurbished machine. We were also told it came with a 2 year warranty. When we received the machine, it broke before we even started the first cycle. We called the company and told them it was broken. A technician came out and to look at it and we were told a part did not work. After we were told that, that's how we found out it was not new. And we needed a refund. We were refused a refund. Not only are we not getting a refund but we also do not have a autoclave from the company. So we called the maker Tuttnauer for assistance and we were told they could do nothing to help.Desired Settlement: Refund
I would like to file a complaint for Tuttnauer in regards to a rebate request that was submitted but was never honored. On November *, 2012 I purchased a Tuttnauer Autoclave from Tuttnauer for my dental office. With my purchase, I was offered a manufacturer’s rebate for a free one gallon distiller or $400 manufacture’s rebate in which I chose the $400 rebate. To redeem the rebate we had the option of faxing or mailing in our request. I chose to mail in the rebate with my request of the $400 rebate. As of today, May **, 2013, I still have not received my rebate. I recently called Tattnauer and spoke with a customer service representative and was unable to resolve my issue. The customer service representative then transferred my call to the supervisor to review the status of my rebate. They were unable to find my rebate request and decided not honor the rebate. While Tuttanuer representatives were researching my request I faxed over a copy of the original letter requesting the rebate and a copy of the rebate that they had offered at the time of my purchase. Even with this information they refused to honor the rebate.
