I bought a new EZ9-plus Sterilization Machine from Darby Dental in Jun 2017, In Nov and Dec 2018 it went for repairs twice. It got fixed and worked for 1 year and 4 moth, and broke down again on the same issue. Of course it is out of warranty. I called customer service to see what can be done, I got the run around by Tuttnauer reps, Andrew and Eric and left out on the cold. It was a nightmare getting hold of customer service, they never return people calls and full of lies. They said that an upgrade kit is required for it to function and requested to offer it free but offered nothing. about $600-800 repair bill for a 3 year old machine. In short, defective equipment, Terrible and customer service (liers), Expensive to repair. Never buy this product again.
