Tutu Cute 4 Kids

Review: I had placed an order for a Christmas tu tu for my daughter on the the 13th of December. I had checked my bank statements and the amount of 13.50 was deducted which was the 10$ price of the tu tu and the 3.50 charge of shipping. It is now the 27 and I have yet to recieve my tu tu. I have tried numerous times to email the buissness and I've gotten no responses after I was promised the tu tu would be here before Christmas. Therefore I'm very disappointed that I didn't recieve the tu tu at all and I'm out 13.50$ I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this buissness they let me down big time.Desired Settlement: Full refund and paid shipping to send the tu tu back if I ever recieve it.
