I would really appreciate the Revdex.com to close this caseThis customer is the one being abusiveYes there are complaints about my businessBecause of delivery issuesWhen something happened with the postal service it is out of my control but the customer has the right to voice their opinionIs it always the truth? Sadly not in all cases I have completed this order and it is the right colors that she picked for her custom tutu I explained to her that those are the correct colorsShe did not order PURPLE she ordered the color LAVENDERWhich is much lighter than purple I can assure you that I didn't not use WHITE in her orderI can also prove thatI also explained to her if she would untie the bow and look under the satin ribbon she will see that the color is lavender not whiteShe got very aggressive and refused to do soThat is out of my control if she chooses not to do thatIf she did look she will certainly see that the color is lavender and not whiteTo keep this case open is totally in ethical and not right Thank youStephanie

I am rejecting this response because:  I am very concerned about the business practices of this place.  Anytime there is a problem, and apparently there are a lot, it gets blamed on the postal service.  I know they are not very efficient sometimes, but there are definitely not that bad!  The owner is also sending out false tracking numbers from the postal service.  She hopes the customer will be put off by the wrong number until she can get the item to the post office and secure a real number.  Is this legal?  Also, when it is revealed that she has not made the products ordered, she uses illness as the reason.  Twice in my dealings with the owner, she said my work couldn't be completed because she was in the hospital, and then because her son was sick.  In reviewing other complaints for this company on social media sites, I have found this to be a pattern she uses with all customers.I am requesting a permanent record of this complaint be kept on the Revdex.com files.  I think future customers have the right to know what they will be dealing with.  Should I attach a record of all my correspondence with this company since early November so you can get a feel for her business practices?

I am rejecting this response because:  The tutu was received from me but it was definately not correct.  I ordered a tutu in pink, purple, and blue and I received a tutu in pink, white, and blue.  I contacted the seller and she was VERY abusive, saying she knew I would find something wrong.  I asked her to make another one in the correct color and she refused.  I would like to keep a complaint on file against this seller for very bad customer service and not providing the pieces as ordered. Future potential customers should be aware of her business practices.  I think the Revdex.com should look into her business as I have read many complaints filed against her on various social media sites, and I know other complaints have been filed against her with the Revdex.com.  And for all the people that complained, you know there are many that just lose their money and don't file a complaint, and that is a shame. Customers are being ripped off by this seller and she should not have a good rating from the Revdex.com.
