I am rejecting this response because: The Century Davalos didn't call me to notify about the wait becuase the amount to fix the A/C was over the limit made by the ownersI called them and they told meI have yet to speak with anyone at Century Davalos about the broken window over the kitchen sink (due to hail storm) or the roof due to the hail stormYes the A/C is fixed and I continue to receive attitude from *** at Century DavalosI've called the office at Century Davalos and asked to speak with ***'s boss *** or the brokerIt was been about three weeks and no call or emailI've put in two work order this week (August thru 25, 2016)One regarding the window over the sink and the other about the kitchen sink still leaking since the guy they sent to repair the water dispencer on the fridgeThe guy came back to try to fix the leak and it still leakingI haven't recieved a call about anythingI also continue to receive horrible customer service and nothing is beening done when we follow everything that is asked.

[redacted] who works for [redacted] Realtors called my office on October 25, 2016 and wanted a roof inspection for her client and added that a roof repair was needed of 2 missing shingles. My secretary stated that the roof inspection was a fee of $100.00 dollars and that fee does not include all repairs....
My secretary stated that the repairs would be an additional cost which is a separate charge! [redacted] said the homeowner would be responsible for the inspection fee and whatever the repair fee bill was. I went to the homeowner's house on Saturday October 29 2016 and inspected the roof. I spoke with the homeowner and told him the inspection fee was $100.00 dollars and he needed more repairs than what [redacted] stated needed to be done. I told the homeowner the repairs would cost $100.00 dollars and he said to go ahead and do the repairs. I asked the homeowner at that time if he wanted to go ahead and pay the inspection fee fo $100.00 dollars and he ignored my question. Therefor the inspection fee of $100.00 was due. The homeowner asked me when could I do the repairs and I stated I could come by on Monday or Tuesday for sure and do the necessary repairs and the fee was $100.00 dollars. On Tuesday I was there for one and a half hours and the homeowners wife came in the last half hour. I removed broken shingles from around two vents and installed new shingles around the vents. I sealed other shingles around one other vent. I sealed a nail through the roof. I removed a nail and sealed a hole. I nailed down one area at the edge of roof. This was all done on the backside of the roof. On the front side of the roof the sheeting nails pushed up shingles in three places and was ready to push through the roof from other installers missing the rafter with nail guns. The nails were on an angle so I corrected that area. The repair fee is $100.00 dollars which is what I told the homeowner while he was standing in his back yard on Saturday October 29, 2016. The homeowner's wife came home and paid me a check for $200.00 which is what was due. After I left the job site I get a nasty text stating that the homeowner was going to report me to the Revdex.com. I have a contractor's phone and its hard to text on my phone so my wife and secretary called the homeowner. She explained the two separate charges to the homeowner again. She told him either he owes the inspection fee of $100.00 dollars or [redacted] owes the inspection fee of $100.00 dollars. She told the homeowner we would work to get this issue resolved. He asked her to bring the check by the next day and we could settle this. My wife called [redacted] that night and told her the homeowner was upset and didn't understand the two separate charges and thought the inspection fee and repair fee were one charge which is wrong. The fee was explained to [redacted] and the homeowner from the start. [redacted] stated that the homeowner was responsible for the inspection fee of $100.00 dollars and the repair fee of $100.00 dollars. Which equals $200.00 dollars! [redacted] said the homeowner misunderstood the two separate charges and to leave the invoice explaining all the work done. So I left the invoice the next day. The homeowner called my cell phone and told me he was sorry and to have me be at his home the next day at 3 p m and his brother in law would meet me there and to bring him the check. Since [redacted] stated she wasn't responsible I kept the check. The amount due was $200.00 dollars and that is why I kept the check. I was there at 3:15 p m and no one showed up. I left the homeowner's and kept the check for $200.00 which is what was due since [redacted] stated it wasn't her fee to pay. The homeowner called the next day and said he was going to report my company to the Revdex.com. The homeowner's misunderstanding doesn't change what the inspection fee and repair fee was charged. My company is ran on Godly principals and integrity. I am an honest company and have been in the roofing industry for 43 year. I was recently awarded by The News and Tribune of Floyd County as "The Best Roofing Company for 2016." by the Floyd County Readers' Choice. I am sorry that this homeowner couldn't add the two separate charges together which equals $200.00.[redacted] J. Lilly Roofing Co.
