Tuxedo catering uses all frozen pre cooked food.they dont make their deserts they buy it already made from same club,cosco,gfs or they order it from cut the cake.during a catering service I witness them running out of vegetables and they where scrapping old vegetables off old plates that have been eaten off and reheating them and serving them to other customers.to me that unsanitary.also I've witnessed a whole tray of cooked meat call on the floor they picked it up added more sauce on it and served it to clients.I've also witness them using the same pulled pork for several event a weeks later freezing and reheating the same pork.can I say illness.another thing I've witnessed they ran out of chicken and replaced it with pork and served to non pork eating clients saying it was chicken.I'm sorry but shouldn't do this to their paying clients.its just wrong she charges high price for store bought pre cooked food and then goes through desperate measures while putting in DANGER of illness.and rips them off as well.
