complaint. Our policy states; All orders are subject to a non-refundable $9 Damage and handling fee. All refunds are issued thru the home office. In Ms. H[redacted] case a deposit of $17.64 was place on an order for Zachary O[redacted] (order #[redacted]) A deposit of $42.36 was place on an order for Paul K[redacted]. ([redacted] The cancellation was subject to an $18 charge since two orders were created. Our policy is stated on every order receipt. Also listed on the Ms. H[redacted] wedding contract given at time of registration. In addition our policy can be viewed on our website tuxedojunction.com. Click on About Us and then click refund policy. Attached is that policy.
