I contacted A-Appliance about repairing my [redacted] washerI specifically asked if they worked on [redacted] I was told Yes and was asked for model and serial numbers which I providedWhen Tech arrived he informed me that parts were no longer available for my washerWhy then did he come out to look at it? I feel it was just to collect the $service fee and he knew in advance there was no way he could get any parts needed to fix a problemI feel I was scammed by A-and will tell everyone I know about them

An Arepresentative visited my home to fix my Frigidaire washerThe first time he came out, he said he needed to order a part and come backI was okay with this and he came back to change out the controller (some of the settings on my washer do not work)My warranty was almost over during his visitHe stated that he wasn't surebif the issue was fixed, but that he stands by his work and he will come back if I have any issues I called and let them know that it didn't workNo big deal, I have settings that do work and can still wash my clothes on those settingsThe lady I spoke with interrupted me and yelled at me while I was explaining that I had been promised repair if that part brokeI asked to speak to a supervisor-she laughed and said she is a supervisor (rude to laugh, but I was just trying to get a matter resolved)I clarified that I wanted to speak to her supervisor, as she was incredibly rude and very very loud The man answered about minutes later (I am sure he w

I called Ato service a refridgerator/freezer that was working intermittently The repairman came out and after running a few tests told me that we need to replace the sealed system and that it is not worth repairing He charged me $and left After putting up with a refridgerator for a couple of months working intermittently, I spoke with someone who knows a lot about refrigerators and he told me that I should get a 2nd opinion I called [redacted] and they came out and replaced a cooling fan and fixed the problem When I called the service manager from A1, he told me that they only warrant their service calls for days and there was nothing he could do about it I was very surprised that he wasn't more interested in the diagnosis of his employee I asked him to at least refund the money I paid for their incompetent serviceman but he was not interested in my problem and told me very sternly that there was nothing he would do since the days had passed

These are undoubtedly the very BEST service people we've ever used!! They are incredibly Honest & continue to work until the problem is solved Recently we had a problem that entailed their making numerous trips to repair our refrigerator I have used others, but "these guys" are the very BEST Put their number in your phone & you will be taken care of when problems ariseWe are in our in our seventies & live in Fairfield Give Jerry, Andrew, Todd, Christie & the others a call and you will not regret it Thanks

I was overcharged for repair services after relying on an A-representative's inaccurate description of the company's pricing structure
My washing machine had failed to start and fill with water, so I called A-and several other appliance repair companies to shop for pricing The A-representative I spoke with on my first call stated that an initial diagnostic visit would cost approximately $and provided no other information One other company I called stated that their fee for an initial diagnostic visit cost approximately $60, but added that this charge would be separate and in addition to the cost of any subsequent parts and labor I called A-a second time to clarify their pricing structure I asked the representative whether the $diagnostic charge would be credited to any subsequent parts and labor, or if this charge would be separate and in addition to any charges for repairs The representative replied that the $diagnostic charge was not a separate item and
