can't explain why she did not receive a survey, because there is not a means to opt out of the processHowever, I was grateful to speak with her personallyWe spoke about her concerns and I assured her that there are a number of process' that will be updated in direct response to her experience to prevent future issues of the same natureI also shared with her our ongoing improvement plans for the building infrastructure, roads etc.I have provided her with my direct contact information, should she need any assistance in the future.Sincerely,*** ***

First & Foremost please accept my apologies in the multitude of unnecessary concerns we have caused you and your family. Please be aware that I have spoken to the direct supervisor of the representative, with whom you worked with, and he will follow up with her regarding the lack of follow through you have been given. Attached is a picture of the corrected, installed merchandise that was purchased for Elinor Donohue. Wisconsin Memorial Park will plant grass seed and level the area around the memorial as soon as weather permits.
