I received the most informative customer service while trying to find a nice, casual, graduation shoe for my 11 year-old son. His feet are a big boys size 5, and I was interested in a stylish shoe to wear on a very hot day with a linen shirt and cargo/khaki shorts. Sandy guided me, I received them within 2 days and they worked out wonderfully. We purchased the Fouger grey slip on dress loafer. I was totally delighted with this business.
The Navy Blue suit I ordered ran small. I spoke with Scott, in April, and he told me to return it for a refund. I returned the suit and still haven't received my refund. The suit was $72.95 plus $8.99 shipping. And I also paid to have it shipped back. Item # *** Fouger USA Premium 2 Button Communion Suit - Navy Blue.
We did work with *** to resolve the problem and get her the refund. There was a issue with the Sears/Kmart market place and them issuing ***'s refund. To resolve the issue Tuxgear sent a check in the mail to take care of our customer. I am happy that *** and I could work together to get the refund issued. I appreciate ***'s business and was very thankful for her patience with the situation.
