$16.99 instead of the $19.99 offered to all new customers during the redemption period of that new offer (now that offer has been expired). [redacted] like all Talk-Desi customers was informed about a Fair Usage Policy with a monthly limit of 2500 Minutes on 03/**/2014 from a sales agent. So [redacted]’s monthly bill since 03/**/2014 to 10/**/2014 had remainedthe same plus tax depending on his usage activity. Review: I have signed up for service with TV-Desi couple of years back. I have recently
discovered they have been charging me much higher amount then what I agreed
on. The website states I get unlimited calls to different countries. On my billing
statement I have noticed they have no usage charge yet they are charging me
for minutes I had used based on a customer service rep. There statement
doesn't even show the correct amount and when I called their customer service
they told me, their supervisor is out of country and the rep didn't know what to
do. I have tried to resolved it with them and now they charged me again. They
are falsely advertising to customer and charging them illegally.Desired Settlement: I want all my money refunded because after this step, I am going to hire a lawyer and make their this company's mis practice is all over the paper.
