Review: My father, had a subscription and he passed away. I have been trying to get a refund for unused portion of subscription. TV Guide told me to call [redacted], they told me to call [redacted]. I can't seem to get anywhere with any of the three. I just want the subscription canceled and a refund.
Review: My subscription has expired to TV Guide Magazine. I do not want to renew. They call repeatedly and ask me to renew. I have told them no at least 20 times and to quit calling me. They want to argue and pressure me into renewing. No-a thousand times no. They called again today for the millionth time at 10:56AM on 7-**-13 from phone number ###-###-####. I told them to take my phone number off the list and quit calling. I have written them and told them time after time. She said she could call as much as she wants because I am a customer...My phone # is ###-###-####. Quit calling me.Desired Settlement: Take my number off the calling and mailing list.

Review: Three different times we notified this company we would not renew our current subscription when it expired. We returned all three renewal noticesand yet the company renewed it and are now dunning us for payment on an item we no longer desire or receive. Would the Revdex.com please help us correct this situation.Desired Settlement: Correct the record, no subscription renewed, stop the demand for paymentand cease further harassment.
Review: I spoke to customer service rep [redacted] and [redacted] requesting where I can purchase their magazine locally and they were unable to locate one.They had no idea why my last issue was not mailed to me.Desired Settlement: I want them to explain why [redacted] stop selling their magazine. I want TV Guide to tell me where I can buy their magazine.
