I am writting this review on behalf or my mother, she saw the TV Add for a girdle/slimming belt and plaed an order for about $on about March 25th, today is April 30th and after several attempts to reach tem they finally return the call and informed us that the itmes were delivered on April 10th and we needed to folow up and go to the post office ourselves to investigate
After tracking hte order it showed it was delivered on April 10th (we did not receved it) and I told the representative that if hte post office was holding it that information would be in the website and it is not The rep again stated how "I" needed to then investigate withe post officeTHis is not my job I did nto revceived it and it it their responsibily to investigate
While on the call I could herethe person next to her havign hte same conversation with another customer about the same adn when I brought it up the lady hung up on me
This is truly unacceptatable and now instead of dealign with them I have to dispute the charge wiht my CC
