Review: My complaint is very similar to the only other complaint against tv-part. In April, I purchased (through Paypal) a Samsung ballast part and it did not fit. In April, I emailed tv-part, informing them that the part did not fit and requested a refund. They somewhat questioned, how it could not fit, because it was the part recommended by Samsung. I didn't know why it did not fit, it did not fit. I told them that the part was purchased from somewhere else and they wanted to know from where. In may, I sent another email requesting a refund and they instructed me to return the part, along with a [redacted]. As soon as they receive the part, they will refund. In June, I returned the part through USPS. I received confirmation that they received it on June **, 2013. In July, I emailed them in regards to my refund and received NO RESPONSE. I also contacted Paypal, No refund. They informed me to contact the company. Again, In August, I emailed tv-part informing them that I had proof that they received the part so, I was questioning why I have not been refunded, NO RESPONSE. I informed them that they received the part and that it was not fair to keep the part and my money, too. I also informed them that I would contact the Revdex.com and still NO RESPONSE. So, here I am requesting your help.Desired Settlement: They received their part back and all I want is a refund of $55 (including S&H) as promised.

Per TV-PART.COM Return Policy, customer [redacted] is not eligible for a refund.

1. [redacted] is not a Certified Technician. All customers who can’t provide a Certificate of Electronic Technician purchasing any items from TV-PART.COM “AS-IS” and not eligible for a refunds. Electronic parts can be easily damaged by non-technician.

2. TV-PART.COM still provide 45 days warranty for all parts and if customer received any item DOA or just don’t need it, we gladly provide an RA numbers. Customer [redacted] purchased Lamp Ballast on April, ** 2013 and returned it on June, ** 2013 – 69 days lately. This return is not eligible for a refund.

3. TV-PART’s customers have 15 days to return any item after receiving RA number from TV-PART.COM, otherwise any returns are not eligible for a refund. Customer [redacted] received RA# [redacted] on May, ** 2013 and returned the item on June, ** – 40 days later. This return is not eligible for a refund.

4. As a courtesy, we are offering to [redacted] a refund (excluding 25% restocking fee). Money request should be sent to our PayPal account [redacted] since this transaction is older than 45 days and we can’t provide a refund through PayPal.

Review: I was search for tv part my tv when I came a cross company had the part and place the order but I realized that it was the wrong part number because I made mistake to the number I need it and I have left message on they answer machine and no return call ffrom store mgt about this I just then to exchange the power supply for philph tv part number I need is LJ44-00101C NOT LJ44-0010ADesired Settlement: NO ANSWER FROM TV-PART OR E-MAIL
