I purchased a television from the owner and less than two months the television went outMy wife brought it to the attention on the business/owner who advised they would refund the money backIt’s been three weeks and it’s the same old song that he’s not availableI contacted the owner via telephone at his business and he advised that he ordered a part for the tvI explained that I again wanted my refund due to TVs that he has been waiting on parts for has been inside of his shop, some in excess of three yearsI keep getting the run around and I believe that the owner is frauding people on repairs by saying he is ordering new parts, however they are used parts

They came out to my house in October and took my parts off of my tv and stated that they have to order the parts which they charged me $The parts should take about weeks, after weeks I called them to follow up on the shipment, they stated that the parts was on back order and it would be about another weeksI wanted for them to give me a call, and I never heard from anyoneI Called them back again and they started that the part was coming from overseas and it is taking longer than expectedI kept contacting this company, I also went up there and asked for my parts and my money back and they told me NOit is now June and I just recently went up there asking for a refund and they refusedThey are scamming people out of their moneySomething need to be done about this business that is operating and taking people moneyThis business need to be shot downIf you go into their store they have broken TV's everywhere

After leaving electronic device for presume repair and leaving $as deposit/fee for sum sort of diagnosis, over a month later, several phone calls later, I go to retrieve my device of which nothing has been performed or inspected, my fee was not returned! NOTE: I put wax in screw slots as a method to determine if anything was performed, these screws would be mandatory to remove for any internal inspectionIt was obvious that nothing was done, the wax was not disturbedMy fee was not returnedI told business that it was obvious that nothing was done mentioning wax in screws
It should be further mentioned that person I had contact with used "extremely poor English" to communicate with meI believe this was also deliberate and used to complicate matters
All I wanted after retrieving my device was my money backIt was made clear that was not to happen

You picked up our inch Samsung TV March 16, for repair and I paid $I have been calling for a status and my husband was eventually told parts were on orderWe were offered a inch TV for replacement and agreed but when we got it home it had lines and we returned it the next day

I turn my TV in on 9/11/15, to get repairedNEVER received a phone about the status on my TV or ETA on my TV to get repairedI have got the run around for about a yearI was told I will receive a call back and NEVER hadI was told my piece was on back order but was not giving a ETA on itI was told I can not get a refund as well, it is now 8/19/and I don't my TV or ever received a call referring to the status of my TV
