I am sorry that Mr*** experienced a problem with the paint purchasedIt is my understand that when using different size buckets, it is nearly impossible to get a perfect matchTherefore, it is always advisable to mix all the paint to be used together to ensure uniform color and coverageI do
not understand why anyone would continue edging several coats with paint they knew did not matchIt would seem as though not the entire room needs to b repainted, but rather just the edgingTherefore we must respectfully deny Mr***'s claim.We value Mr***'s business and appreciate his understanding in this matter.Sincerely,

Hello,I am responding to request complaint id *** be closedThe company swiftly addressed & resolved my issueOnce the correct management got involved they communicated w/ me that action was being taken & apologized for any inconvenienceThe local manager called me directly to advise my order would arrive in a few daysTo my surprise, they were able to getit shipped days earlier than thatEstimate was given on Friday & my order arrived the following MondayI ended up needing more molding & when I placed that order they went above & beyond in getting that shipped w/in or daysVery happy w/ the outcome & will continue to use Menards as well as recommend them to others.Thank you!

It's evident that Menard's does not take pride in customer serviceAs they did not take the time to fully read my complaint to understand the issueIt's sad when a company allows their reputation to sink down to a FI can understand why after all of this. Perhaps someone with authority should review and respond to my complaint.

I am sorry that *** *** was unhappy with the gazebo he purchased, According to the information included with his complaint, he purchased SKU # 290-He stated that the web site did not list any measurements other than 10' x 12'The on-line desceription clearly states that the roof
dimensions are 144" x 120" (12' x 10') and the base dimensions are listed 131" x 106" (see attached)While we are sorry that *** *** did not thoroughly research his purchase, the information was readily available to himTherefore, we are not ableto issue the refund as he requestedHowever, we will accept the return with the standard restocking fee

transaction on which she was issued the $rebateThe rebate submissio form states, "future sale
price
adjustments, exchanged and merchandise returns will void the I I % rebate
on the items adjusted, exchanged and/or returned." The returns and price adjustments
made on 5/26/reduced the rebate eligible amount to $4771.10, so the $
rebate she received was correct.We value Ms***'s business and appreciate her understanding in this
