He knocked on my door the morning he delivered and left without contacting me and letting me know he was finished. I do not and did not know the name of the delivery company or where they are located.

I sent Menards a letter (copy of the complaint) including photos of the injuries suffered to my child along with photos of the failure of the cabinet doors. I included ALL of the information (the name/sku of the medicine cabinet), date of purchase, place of purchase and stated that I did NOT have the receipt (January 29th, 2015. I received a letter from them LAST WEEK asking me to send them a copy of my receipt (didn't I send them a letter stating that I DO NOT have the receipt?!) along with the name/sku of the medicine cabinet, date of purchase, place of purchase. I STATED all of the requested information when I submitted the letter/complaint to them already! Menards has a copy of the complaint. Copies of the photos of the injuries caused by the product that was sold by their store - and they have the audacity to say that they sent me a letter that I did not comply with? I complied BEFORE they even 'replied' to my letter! Menards needs to READ their mail! I have sent in ALL of the information that they requested (sans the receipt) but I supplied the DATE of purchase!The reply that Menards had is just a stalling tactic. They are trying to ignore their responsibility![redacted]

reject the companys response.I [redacted] installed this counter top
correctly. When we first contacted Menards on The counter top and told
Menards that the last section would not line up. Menards called Midwest
manufacturing and told them that the last countertop section would not
line up and the last section was a different thickness and asked them to
send us anoter section they told us the countertop was made out of the
same piece and they match the countertop up before it leaves there
plant. Jerremy from Menards came to look at the countertop he could not
line it up. then in anoter letter from Midwest Manufacturing told us
that the countertop was made out of seprate pieces. the last section is a
different thickness and it will not line up the top is even the front
top edge is even the bull nose will not line up . I [redacted]
([redacted] )whant five hundred dollars off and we will try and fix
the countertop our selves or Midwest Manufacturing can replace the whole
countertop. [redacted] payed 2,800.00 for this countertop we need
some kind of settlement.Midwest Manufacturing if a part of Menards why
wont Menard stand behind there own Maufactur of a bad prduct.

The local store manager and head of the cabinets department have all of this information. The person that sent this letter can reach out to them for all the information that they need to see what issues I have had. I named them in my complaint. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, for the record, I was NEVER advised of these handling fees until the second order. I hadn't noticed it on the first order since I purchased other items at that time. It was not brought to my attention until the second order when I just purchased the wall piece and posts. . Also, and again, for the record, I do not understand why everyone has to pay the fee once the crate has been opened. Hypothetically, if there are twenty - four pieces per crate,  and if twenty -four people order just one piece, that is 479.76 charged for "opening a crate." If this fee is assessed  with everything they sell form their distribution center (not just these wall pieces) it seems like an unfair business practice.
