I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complain[redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. this business reached out to me and offered to replace the item. Very frustrating to have to go through this whole process. All in all [redacted] gave my parents great customer service but I feel that my mother was not 100 percent happy due to not having the color to match her other appliances but she settled for a different color. , at this time we will consider this complaint resolved but I will reach back out to the service manage[redacted]. Like I stated my parents were pleased to go back so they will be helped, and they stressed they were very happy with his customer service.
