Review: On September [redacted] 2013, I ordered a tv wall mount for a 23-55" tv. What arrived was a wall mount for a 26-47" tv. Not at all what I ordered. If used, the mount will be visible 2" below the frame of the tv. There have been several phone calls and e-mails since. I am asking for a refund of $139.99 and a pre-paid UPS bar code to return the item. Finally, on November **, 2013, I received an e-mail from [redacted]. stating that if I did not want to keep it, they would start processing the refund and send me a RMA# (UPS Code). I have not received either and they are no longer responding to my e-mail attempts.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $139.99 and a PRE-PAID UPS bar code to return the item. It is not the right size and not what I ordered.
