Hello-Thank you for alerting us of this complaint.As we understand from the consumer complaint, she is not able to log-in.We searched our database of records and can confirm that there is no account active for "*** ***", hence the reason they are not able to log in.The consumer's last
active membership for access expired 9-19-14.The consumer would have to purchase membership to activate their account for ability to access (log-in).
