We have resolved all issues with the customer and gave a refund of the amount requested

In response to Mrs. [redacted] complaint, I would like to first apologize for any inconvenience. Due to a new employee being brought on board there were some communication errors made on our part. Typically I am responsible for customer relations but I was not available at the time that calls should...

have been placed to the customer. As soon as it was brought to my attention I immediately contacted the customer to sort everything out. We have since resolved the issue and wrapping up the job this week. To show good faith and our deepest apologies for the miscommunication we did supply the customer with a discount and I spoke with her today 02/22/2016 and she stated she is happy with what has been done thus far.
