Tell us why here...The place has new windows, any maintenance needed was inspected and completed prior to move in, its been painted and the carpets were shampooed You walked thru the apartment before receiving the keys and signed off on the move in condition report Everything checked out ok You submitted work orders after you moved in and we responded to complete any repairs after move in that were needed How are we slum lords? Yes, we are a for profit company and we take pride that people have a clean and nice place to live You move out unexpectedly and think you are not responsible for the lease?
