dispute the charge with her credit card company. 6/*/17: A refund of $was issued to *** ***. 6/**/2017: The credit card company notified us that a chargeback in the amount of $was being processed against the account. In addition, we were charged a $chargeback fee. Therefore, after issuing the refund TVR Communications was out $64.00. Since TVR Communications had already refunded the $that was incorrectly charged to the customer, and the credit card company processed a chargeback (the original charge amount),a bill was sent to *** *** for the $chargeback amountThe $chargeback fee was waived. We would like to apologize to *** *** for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has causedThe account has been adjusted and the bill has since been cancelled.
