Review: I moved in May and TWC promised to provide a triple play plan (tv+INTERNET+phone) for 89.99 for a year. However, shortly after installation, TWC started billing me as double play for 89.99 and for the phone separately 39.99. I complained over the phone several times and they always promised to fix the issue, but never did. During my last call to customer service I requested the cancellation of services. A minute later the customer service representative called me back and promised that if I stay with TWC I will have ALL my current services for $89.99 and that they would refund me for the overcharges from previous months. However, there were no changes on the bill statement this month and no refund.Desired Settlement: I request TWC to honor the offers they keep promising me, I.e. If I stay with TWC my bill will be adjusted to be 89.99 for the triple play bundle. In addition I request to be compensated to the months I overpaid $200 total(5month*$40).

Review: Before I say anything I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my letter and address this issue. I am extremely upset and frustrated with TWC. I recently moved and wanted to transfer my TWC to my new apt. Originally I was going to cancel my cable service and just use the high speed internet. Then a sales rep called me and offered me a better deal on the cable package and I accepted. Fantastic. Then I was given an appointment for technicians to come to my apt and set up my service. The appointment was for Saturday June [redacted] from 12pm-2pm and no one showed up. Let me just say I had to take off from work to wait for the cable company to come. So I decided to call TWC and this is when the aggravation began. After being transferred throughout several departments and being on hold I spent a total of three hours on the phone with the cable company on a Saturday afternoon. I was told that the appointment was put in the system incorrectly and they weren’t really sure what happened. Finally, after three hours I was given another appointment for July * from 2pm-4pm. I had to pay someone to sit in my apt and wait for the techs to come and yet again they were a no show. I called and the reps on the phone told me they were trying to locate the tech. I spent about an hour and half on the phone and they had no answer. At 5:30 they asked me if I still wanted them to try and send someone and I told them no one was at my apt anymore and they responded by saying, “so you want to cancel” I tried to explain to them that I wasn’t canceling and it was an hour and half past my appointment window. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was never given to one. My last draw was at about 7:40 pm after I was on the phone for 3 hours and 40 minutes when one of your lovely customer service reps told me that a supervisor was not going to rush to talk to me and it isn’t his concern and then she told me not to “holler” at her. I have been a TWC customer for about a year now since I have been living on my own and my family has been with TWC since I can remember. Not only did I cancel my service but my mother also wants to cancel her service and switch to FIOS. The level of incompetence that your staff portrayed in dealing with this matter is immeasurable. Needless to say TWC is the customer service industry and it is an expensive service where customers should be appreciated especially in such a competitive environment. Not only is TWC more expensive than a lot of other providers but the customer service is far worse. This company is an example of corporate bureaucracy at its best. I hope that this issue can be resolved in a timely fashion before I opt for direct tv or just internet and wait two months for FIOS to be available in my building. Please feel free to call me or email me whenever you would like.Desired Settlement: a reasonable agreement. FIOS wont be available in my building for another two months and I want cable and interent service now. I have been a customer of theirs and always paid my bill on time and there is no reason why I shoud be treated this way.

Review: THEY SUBMITTED A COLLECTIONS NOTICE ON SOMETHING I RETURNED 1YR AGO and IT IS NOW AFFECTING MY CREDITDesired Settlement: I WANT THEM TO REMOVE THE COLLECTIONS NOTICE AND CALL ME TO REVISE REMEDY
