Mr [redacted] WHILE I am writing this response My specialty crew is at your house repairing the section of roof in question (See attached pictures taken this morning)After I personally met with you on Saturday September 23rd, I had committed that we would have this section completed by the end of this weekYou personally emailed me on Wednesday afternoon asking when the work would be completed, I responded a couple of hours later : SEE ACTUAL EMAILHi [redacted] "Your project will be completed Friday - Kevin is completing a Hardee siding job tomorrow and will be at your Home Friday morning with a couple of shingle rsUnless we uncover major unforeseen damages will have it completed same day Regards" During our meeting last week I thought I had clearly explained our reasoning for seeking some additional funds from your Insurance carrier, I explained that the Carrier had not included additional Labor costs to account for the complexity of this particular area (Banister railings on a 2/roof slope roof facet)I also explained that since you were not pleased with the idea of going back to the carrier and requesting additional funds, We would complete the work without applying for the additional fundsFurthermore, on Saturday you, myself and my employee evaluated the area in question and I explained our plan of action pertaining to this particular roof facet IE: Build crickets behind the posts in order to divert the water and prevent water damage to these posts over timeDuring our meeting I also apologized for the delays in scheduling, even though it was not an excuse I explained that due to the Hail event in March we had experienced an overwhelming response from clients needing Roof, gutter, siding and several other miscellaneous repairs and/ or replacementsThe work load has been overwhelming and as a result Allcon has added resources and continuously made several internal changes in an effort to better serve our clientsIt has been an extremely tough year, I can assure you "we are passionate about delivering not good but great customer service" however even through my team have made massive efforts to deliver, the shear volume and lack of skilled labor has precluded us from been able to deliver at the levels our previous clients have been accustomed to receiving.Again I am sincerely sorry that we did not meet your expectations, if you have any further concerns Please Do Not Hesitate to Email or call me (my cell number is at the bottom of every email I have sent)SincerleyCraig

Dear Mr *** I am currently out of the office until Tuesday Oct 17th Besides the pictures coming loose on the inside wall and Allcon offering to repair and paint the wall at no charge, I was not aware of any other issues pertaining to you Project I was aware that your gutters
needed to be replaced and have discussed it with the relevant department- They have been trying to contact you for the last couple of days. With regards to the gift cards - this is a manufacturer rebate - I will follow up on my return and make sure all paperwork has been submitted When I called you a couple of weeks back I was assisting Eduardo as he said you were not returning his calls - It is standard protocol to collect a first payment lance the roof installation has been completedDuring our conversation you only mentioned that you preferred to only pay once you sold the houseI do not recall you mentioning any of these issues listed. I can assure you that I will reach out to you on my return and resolve any and all outstanding issues Regards Allcon Management

the end of this week. During our meeting last week I thought I had clearly explained our reasoning for seeking some additional funds from your Insurance carrier, I explained that the Carrier had not included additional Labor costs to account for the complexity of this particular area (Banister railings on a 2/12 roof slope roof facet). I also explained that since you were not pleased with the idea of going back to the carrier and requesting additional funds, We would complete the work without applying for the additional funds.3. Furthermore, on Saturday you, myself and my employee evaluated the area in question and I explained our plan of action pertaining to this particular roof facet IE: Build crickets behind the 4 posts in order to divert the water and prevent water damage to these posts over time.4. During our meeting I also apologized for the delays in scheduling, even though it was not an excuse I explained that due to the Hail event in March we had experienced an overwhelming response from clients needing Roof, gutter, siding and several other miscellaneous repairs and/ or replacements. The work load has been overwhelming and as a result Allcon has added resources and continuously made several internal changes in an effort to better serve our clients.
