I had a problem with the water pump on my car It had seized and the serpentine belt snapped because of this When I called *** at Dr Automotive, he gave me an extremely fair price, called a towing company for me and even offered to add the towing to my bill in case I didn't have the money up front for the tow After that they kept in touch and notified me when the car was repaired He even sent someone to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for several hours while the parts were being delivered and the repairs completed The car has never run as smoothly as it does now All in all, *** and his team were very professional and friendly, and I will definitely be going back there again for any issues
