This company is truly fantastic. Wes showed excellent follow through and quickly responded to all of my requests. He is very professional in all of his interactions. He truly made the very difficult task of selling our family homestead of 50 years as easy as possible. My mother's house was approximately 93 years old and needed a lot of updating. When Wes came to look at the house, his communication was very respectful and he didn't pick apart everything that was wrong with the house. He got back to me as promised with the highest offer of anyone I had worked with thus far. I was thinking about listing with a realtor but I'm so glad I instead reached back out to Wes three weeks later to see if his offer still stood. He said it did. I as well as my attorney were amazed that everything was taken care of by this company including all closing costs. I trusted Wes completely and could tell right away that he didn't have any type of hidden agenda. There were no issues brought up after accepting the offer as you tend to experience with other companies. He offered to move the closing day up without me even having to ask. The closing company that he uses is also very efficient and even came to the hospital where my mother was staying for me to sign the paperwork as her POA so that I wouldn't have to leave her side. That truly meant a lot to me as my mother passed away 2 weeks later. To sum it up, this company was one of the most respectful groups of people I have worked with during a very difficult time in our family's lives. We will always appreciate how they helped us. They do a very good thing in their work and we very much appreciated it at this time.
