I ordered (and paid for) skates for my daughter and, to qualify for free shipping on my order, a cheap nylon skate bagThe skate bag was sent right away About weeks later, I was notified by email that the skates I had ordered were not available, with the suggestion that I order her other skates in a smaller size I asked for a refund and offered to return the nylon skate bag I was told that I am responsible for shipping costs to return the skate bag that I do not need because the company failed to ship the skates Beware a company that penalizes its customers for the company's own failure to deliver
Poor customer service. Ordered an item according to their sizing stated on the website. The item should fit age 6 and under but wouldn't have fit my petite child past age 4. Emailed the company to let them know the issue, they offered and exchange but said I would be charged a second shipping fee...an already incredibly high fee ($13.95 for two pairs of gloves!). I said that didn't seem reasonable since their sizing was misrepresented on the website and it would cost me more to return them for an exchange than they are worth and this wasn't a place I would order from again. The store responded that this particular item fits her 7 year old. Worst customer service, didn't care to lose any business or try to satisfy a customer.
