Review: According to [redacted], as well as an independent investigator hired to as the stucco damage to my home, it was determined that the stucco damage was the result of "improper installation" by [redacted] and [redacted]. I contacted the general contractor, [redacted], and asked him to help facilitate the repairs to the stucco. He and [redacted] of TW Plastering visited the property after which [redacted] provided a quote to repair the damage on 10/18/2011 which I would pay for with a very minor contribution of $300 from [redacted]. According to [redacted], the weather was too cold and he too busy to begin work at the time, so he assured me he would complete the work the following March when the weather warmed up. After repeated calls to TW Plastering went unanswered last year, I again communicated with [redacted], the general contractor, repeatedly, who after many repeated attempts claimed [redacted] was dodging him as well and was not returning his calls either. I also personally made calls to Weiler recently and have not had any response.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is simple and the right thing to do. I just want [redacted] and TW Plastering to honor their word as well as their original agreement with me.
