The refund was for door was issued to the customer prior to receiving the complaint and the customer has received that refund now. We have spoke with the city official and determined there were some mistakes made by us but also largely made by the building official as they misdocumented what the...
project was and stated they should have never granted permit until they came out to the site and had given more instructions. We agreed to return to the site and rectify all issues so everything meets code. Have not schedule a time yet with the homeowner, but will be soon.
