I was told the room would recieve housekeeping everyday such as trash an towels! I made complaints about ac unit an even spoke with maintenance man personally on 4th day an on 5th day he told me they had no new ones an jad to order of them! there where people staying at same place only paying a lil over a week! I told them on first day towels needed to be brought everyday we are workin hrs not our responsibility to chase down made everyday an get towels! trash piled up an out of trash cans for four days on the fourth day a made finally came to remove trash!

A guest receives a weekly rate (a steeply discounted rate) when they are staying at our property for day increments. With this weekly rate, guests received housekeeping services every Friday. If towels are needed throughout their stay, they are to contact the Front Desk and some

Air conditioner leaked and there was a 10 ft radius on both sides of the unit that was soaking wet, which caused the room to smell like ammonia. I spoke to someone at the front desk every day about this problem. Maintenance never attempted to clean the floor or stop the leak the entire week we were there.I realize they were not going to clean daily but they were supposed to empty the trash and bring clean towels daily. That did not happen. The fourth day, they finally came in to empty the trash. I called the front desk daily to request clean towels, they always said the maid was on her way but she never came. I had to track her down to take my dirty towels and get clean towels. Regards,
