Review: I paid 100 $ a month since november 2013 to have my car in safe storage for the winter. The car was stored at Alpa Storage LLC in New Hartford CT which is owned and managed by YWB Properties.Car was moved from one part of building to another part of building that was in poor repair.I was not notified of move ( they claim to have called me three times but did not because I gave my cell phone number and they never left message)Whe I went to check on the car I found it coverd with plastic and water on ground by car. There was also water in other parts of building.When I looked at car I realized water must have leaked from roof because there were many water stains on hood and water spots on the tires like a dippping leak would do.Water rusted one chrome rim.I complained to manager and told him I was not happy they moved car and they should have called me.I imediatly took car out that day.Manager Willi was rude and denied everythingI have pictures of water on floor and water spots on car and rust on rims.I sent to TWB [redacted] and she offered to refund 1/2 month rent and there was no damage to car. pictures show otherwise.I have e-mail from her tooThey are unprofessional and I have pictures of outside of building I put car in ad what I took out of. I would not have rented space because new building is in poor condition.this is a show car

Please note that this claim should be issued against Alpha Storage LLC, not TWB Properties LLC. TWB has nothing to do with the management of the storage facility the customer is complaining about. TWB is outside property management company that handles maintenance of the property only.

Complaint was recieved from customer by Alpha Storage in March. Due to unforseen circumstances, his vehicle had to be moved on very short notice, about 2 weeks prior to his removal entirely of the vehicle. As concession, we have refunded him half a month storage rental due to vehicle not being in original space where he dropped it off for approx. half a month.

He had provided numerous pictures to us of "damage " which we reviewed, but pictures only really demonstrated a small puddle near his tire.

This is not a bait and switch. customer stored vehicle at our facility last year without any issue and was satisfied with service. Please note that the contract customer signed indicates that Alpha Storage is held harmless with regards to liability for any potential damages on items stored. Although we disagree that vehicle was damaged, if it in fact was, we are not liable. Customer acknowledges this fact himself, and stated due to that, he would not anticipate us to do anything with regards to alleged damage. As a courtesy, we refunded a portion of the rental fee.

At this point, Alpha Storage would consider the issue resolved.

TWB ownes Alpha or runs Alph.

they are involved with them somehow and manager of Alpha is TWB employee and answers to TWB.

They never sent me any money or refund.

Ask them to provid proof of this? they can not because they never sent it.

this also was the first time I ever stored my car with them. Never before this time.

This was the first year I ever stored car with them. Can you provide proof I am a return customer? No they can not.

They lie with that statement just like they say there was no damage.

I have photos of rusty rims from leak in roof

I have photo's of plastic on car with water spots on car

I have photo's of car sitting in puddle.

I have photo of Building I put car in and building they moved it to.

I have no idea if they moved car day after I stored it or day befor I stored it.

They never called me to tell me they were moving.

If they did please provide phone records.

I left cell phone number and e-mail.

If they called me provide me with day they called and I will provide copy of cell phone to prove they never called.

How can it not be a bait and switch if they moved my car to another location?

I paid for it to be put in one spot one nice clean building and it was moved to a building setion with leaky roof and holes in wall.

Building is not safe and should be condemed.

Yes I signed a statement they said above that I would not hold them liable for damage to car but that was for where I stored car and they moved it and parked it under a leak in a falling down part of a building with holes in the wall?

I would have never stored my car in a place like this.
