Review: I purchased a Gucci Boston Bag from [redacted]. Once I received the bag, I had concerns about the authenticity of the bag. I immediatly called [redacted] to voice my concerns. For one, the item pictured was not the item I received. I received a pebble leather bag and the item pictured was a smooth leather bag. The cloth on the bag started to buckle, as inexpensive cotton does. Moreoever, the printing on the contrallato card bled, which are all sure indicators to me of a non-quality item. In the meantime, I took the bag into a local department store for one of the employees to inspect the bag. Needless to say, I placed my personal items in the bag because I did not want to seem suspicious to the retailer. After several weeks, [redacted] contacted me and asked me to send the bag back and they would refund me in 14 days. I returned the bag and shortly after, I received an email stating I would not be refunded because the bag has been used. I explained this prior to filing a complaint and asking to return the bag. I just feel that I have been given the run-around. [redacted] has attempted to rectify the situation, however, I understand this is out of their hands. I have contacted Gucci and they are unaware of their bags being sold on [redacted] website as well as the Twelve 1 Ten company. They stated they can't authenticate the bag if I didn't purchase it from an authorized retailer. I was emailed a santized invoice proving authenticity, however, my color and item number are not listed on the invoice, the names and address of the receiving party have been removed and I just don't believe this bag is authentic.Desired Settlement: I want nothing less than a refund of the full purchase price as I am not pleased with this bag. I paid $1161 for the bag, however ,the bag is now in my possession. I;m not sure who to return the bag to being that it was returned to me. Please help!I have contacted my bank and because I am now in possession of the bag, Wells Fargo states the only way to recoupe money is on grounds that the bag is not authentic.

First of all, we DID NOT SELL the customer the bag, she purchased it off [redacted]. they took payment from her and then purchased the bag from us, and we shipped the bag to her

We sold he AUTHENTIC handbag, we offered to replace or refund the bag if she is not happy

The bag was purchased in 2/** and shipped to the customer that week. We clearly stated if the customer wishes to return, returns need to be made within 7-14 days.

Over a month later I received a request from [redacted] that the customer wants to return the item- I confirmed if the bag is returned, inspected, and unused we will issue a refund

The bag was received in USED condition, stains on the inside, pimpled on the outside fabric and smelled very much like a personal item , with personal fragrance

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on a USED product! We have provided proof that the item is authentic, via GUCCI receipts from Italy.

There is nothing more we can do if the handbag was used for 4 weeks and then there was a change of heart

We discussed earlier regarding my case, all authentication documentation was provided. I have send in specifics regarding this issue and I hope this will close the case without further issues

We offered the customer a return on a new and unworn product, but the item was worn out and then returned, not as discussed we also provided the buyer with sanitized invoices that goods are authentic
