Twelve Corners Lawn and Landscape

Owner was completely unresponsive and cost me over $300 in an insurance claim, simply because he refused to complete the paperwork that he had agreed to do before I signed the contract and paid him in advance for snow plowing. He told me he was too busy with contracts and I'd just have to wait, then ignored my calls, texts, and emails for several months. Totally unresponsive - hire someone else.

I am rejecting his response because I feel it is necessary for him to contact me to set up a time when he can come by and view the needless damage done and advise me as to how he intends to repair the damageThe deep ruts in the lawn are now not visible since the grass has grown and if I am not here to have him walk across the lawn and point out the numerous ruts, I am afraid he will sprinkle grass seed on the bald spots and consider the job completed.I have not been a customer for ten years: the first contract was for the 2014-seasonIn the three previous winters, there has been no serious damage, just the usual bottom of the driveway issuesAnd in those cases a sprinkling of grass was applied without adding topsoil or turning over the soil.I had left a minimum of three messages over the course of the winter and an additional five messages since the season endedAnd there had been NO response to any of the messagesI think that I have shown an abundance of patienceAll it would have taken was the courtesy of return phone call acknowledging that there was damage, and assuring me that he would be over to repair the damageInstead I was totally ignoredThe contract states that repairs would be made "at the end of the season"He has already been through the neighborhood "block by block" to sprinkle grass seed at the bottom of the drivewaysWhy would I assume that he would return to repair the extensive damage to my backyard since he had totally ignored me?
