I personally had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. [redacted] Saturday September 10th, 2016. We met at a Best Buy in Noblesville and I as a representative of Klean Restoation, Inc. purchased a new television and laptop for Ms. [redacted]. We understand this does not make up for the items that were stolen but...

we will do our best to ensure that she is happy. I went back to Ms. [redacted]'s house with her to unload the television we had a great conversation and she now has my personal cell number if she needs anything in the future. I spent more in fees and my time in phone calls, and emails than I collected. Process took over 4 years to get back less than 10% of my claim. This collection cost me money! They never contacted me unless I called them first. Very frustrating company to work with. I would not recommend them.
