Hello [redacted] My name is [redacted] and I am the Office Manager here at ADISI am addressing this email in regards to the complaint that I have received on myself from one of my customersThe complainant Miss [redacted] has a policy with us here at ADISShe called very upset because her payment was due and the policy had cancelled due to non payment of premiumMiss [redacted] in the past has been given the privilege of us completely re writing her policy (which in that case, yes, it did allow her another days until her payment was due.) We in total have completely re-written her new policies and the new policy she was rudely requesting would be policy number She was told after the payment that she made was for the previous month that was not in fact paid for yetThe reason she had another payment due so quickly is because her payment due date for the current month was weeks laterThe company that she was written in had caught onto what she was doing and told us that she was no longer allowed to continue to not pay for her current policy and re-write a new one Miss [redacted] was extremely upset about this and I had explained to her that it was no longer in my controlShe proceeded to cuss at me and yell at me over the telephone and I calmly told her that she has to continue with the policy she has and unfortunately the policy had a payment that was due and it cancelled and it will remain cancelled until the payment is madeShe told me that it was not fair, because it had never been that way in the past and I told her again there was nothing that I could do about the decision the company has come toI apologized to her and told her that I would work with her lien holder to negotiate to see if there was a way they would not repo her car and give her a little time to come up with the premium payment that is owed, and she was not having it The rules have always been the same with the company, none of our procedures have changed and Miss [redacted] knew this, as it was explained to her in the past multiple timesThank you, [redacted] ***
